Ulivo

Description

Ulivo is a stone house located along the coast of Otranto-S. Maria di Leuca, in Marina di Novaglie, 300 meters from the sea. The structure is inside a complex with two other apartments, which are accessed by a private road, with a parking lot. The interior consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a living area with kitchenette. Outside a shaded patio with table, sitting area and deck chairs. In the garden, a swimming pool embraced by a sunbathing area where you can lie down in the shade of olive trees and variegated plants typical of the Mediterranean.
